i would expect that to have shag carpet, and macrame plant hanger with home made ceramic pot with some kind of fern hanging from the rearview.

saw that on facebook yesterday. iv wanted to do something like that for years. only with a shroud for a street car.
right now the closest thing on the market is the Kompressor haus kit. https://kompressorhaus.co.uk/ really tempted to put one on my 1904 if i ever get around to building it.
