When putting Beetle doors back together, don't you hate it when you try to put the vent back in and it tears up your inner and outer scrapers? You also have trouble sliding in the window channel, although not as bad. Well, I have invented the perfect tool to slide them into place without causing any damage whatsoever.
My problem is this: should I sell it, give it away, or simply show you how to do it? _________________ Save a Beetle. . .Extinction is Forever! |

Sell them if they work.

If you are serious, pm me your address and I will send you a pair. They will fit in an envelope.

I've always been an open source kind of guy, giving away the milk.
Thinking on it though, that's probably because I've never had any good ideas worth money.
Were I to find myself in that situation, I might be too surprised to actually make money off of it. |

I took photos of the door rebuild using my new handy dandy window vent/felt channel installation tool. It worked like a charm. So, what should I charge for my "Product"? I have nothing invested in it and have hundreds of them. Just keep in mind that it will save and completely protect the outer AND inner scrapers by keeping them in place while you force the wing vent in place. It also works installing the felt channel. I will include a PDF file with pictures of its use.

The infomercials seem to think that $19.95 is the magic price. If you have absolutely nothing invested though(and a customer could tell), you'd probably want to keep it between 5-10 dollars.
Customers sometimes get irate when they purchase something only to find out that it previously held they're shelving up or something similar
thanks,

If I had to make more of these, they would actually cost about $3.00 to produce. This is an actual manufactured product. The reason I have them is the customer wanted them smaller and this was the left-over "Product". _________________ Save a Beetle. . .Extinction is Forever! |

| The bug I bought has the one piece glass already... Don't think I'd go out and buy the one piece glass but it does make for a clean look! |
