Or at least one of them. Some of you know I also do competion BBQ. We changed our team name this year to Pigs in Peril. This is the new logo. This cost $200 just to have drawn up. Now we have to have the t shirts and things made. I don't want to think about it. JT

Looks tasty. When are you going to have us all over for BBQ? I'll bring the home brew.

And while we're showing off other hobby logos... Here is the new jersey character for my hockey team, the Beer Hawks. I did this one based on an image of a cartoon hawk I found.

I just noticed that is a girl pig!

"For Shame, For Shame, For Shame" . . .Kermit the Frog

. . .or that might have been Gomer Pyle.

Greg, both ideas are great!! I like them. The pig thing was based on the Perils of Pauline thing. We had a cartoonist do the art work. I am looking for a trailer to put the logo on. JT

With a trailer to haul the grills. I am building a new grill out of an 80 gallon air tank. We will have to feed the entire neighborhood when we fire that one up. JT

The new grill is built and just about ready to go. Just a few minor details to work on. We did fire it u on Sunday. With no way to control the heat yet,it hit 420 degrees in the chamber. But it was impressive!!!! JT

Sorry I haven't been here in a long time, but I have been really busy with the other hobbies. Not doing so well with the BBQ thing this year.Although I did take 12th in the Iowa State championships. Last everywhere else. I have 2 more to do then I am done for the season. I have 5 more historical events to do them I am done with that for the year.

I am in the process of upgrading my computer connection and getting a laptop so I can be anywhere in the house and get on line. Now that winter is near,I can spend more time here. More chat time too. Later,JT

Those BBQ compititions seem tough. What if you had to bring a bunch of VW parts to a show and build a VW on the spot to be judged Laughing

Good luck on the last two events.
