Quite annoying!

turn off your add blocker for a few weeks, then turn it back on. so far that's work for me at work. haven't had an issue at home yet.

I use Freetube now instead of the Youtube website. No ads, sponsor block and it's anonymous.

Depending on the browser you're using, you can use an addon like LibRedirect to automatically open YT links in Freetube(even embedded, if desired).
