From the FB post: My oldest brother (born 1951) sitting on the bumper of our uncle´s VW Standard (summer 1952).

I'm not familiar with FB... May be you're willing to provide a link to this post?

Dug this one out of the relic box: my dad with my uncle's beetle circa 1962.
The scooter in the background is a "NSU Prima".

Hello, sir!

By FB, I mean Facebook. There are tons of historical VW groups on there and I try to join them all so I can see the cool pics they post. These two are the best for posting cool stuff and if you scroll through it, you'll recognize a lot that I've posted:

I'd rock that scooter.

Ah, got it... That FB post wasn't about your oldest brother...
I was a bit puzzled about the age (difference)... :D

Haha, I look very good for my age :)

You absolutely do Sir!

That's my winter ensemble for mountainbiking, It's got a lot of thorn damage on the sleeves but works as well today as it did when I got it a long time ago. It's got a lot of miles left in it :) I have a pair of Doc Marten's boots that I bought with my first paycheck from the military in 1992. They also are in great shape still. I tend to get a lot of mileage out of my clothing :D

You can have my hat when you pry it from my cold dead hand... the one that's not holding the can of Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Saw this bad boy in Greenville, SC while visiting Red's brother. It looks like he is prepared to do every fun thing you can do outside:

Dieser mann ist "Dressed to the nines".
